Delete your DZDrive account

You can permanently delete your DZDrive account at any time. Deleting your account removes:

  • your account (email address and username);
  • all your libraries, folders and files, including items in the trash;
  • all share links you created, and your starred items;
  • your sign-in sessions on every device.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Download any files you want to keep first. Limited technical logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, and residual backup copies are overwritten in the normal backup cycle. See our Privacy Policy for details.

In the mobile app

  1. Open DZDrive and sign in.
  2. Open the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

On the website

  1. Sign in at dzdrive.datamindxdz.com.
  2. Click your avatar, then Account & settings.
  3. Click Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Sign in to DZDrive, then open Account & settings → Delete account. If you can no longer sign in, email contact@datamindxdz.com from the address registered on your account with the subject “DZDrive account deletion request”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
