Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of DZDrive, a cloud storage service published by DataMindX, available on the web and in the DZDrive mobile apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Beta service
The Service is currently offered as a demo / beta to a limited group of testers. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed, and storage limits may apply. Because the Service is in beta, do not use it as the only copy of important files. Keep your own backups.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address that you control.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices and sign-in codes secure.
- You can delete your account at any time. See the account deletion page.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit your files in order to provide the Service to you and to the people you share links with. You are responsible for the content you upload and share, and for having the rights to do so.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- upload, store or share illegal content, or content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- distribute malware, phishing pages, spam or other harmful material;
- impersonate any person, company or brand, or mislead others about the origin of content;
- share sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or hatred;
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our infrastructure.
We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, or when required by law.
5. Share links
Anyone who has a share link you created can access the shared item, subject to any password or expiry you set. You are responsible for whom you share links with, and you can revoke a link at any time.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that data will never be lost.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataMindX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, for example at the end of the beta period. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you in advance so you can download your files.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above, and if you continue to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
